Explore many footpaths and cycle routes from the cottage doorstep in the village of Ysbyty Ifan, part of Snowdonia National Park. Nearby Betws-y-Coed is well known for outdoor activities, craft, shops, galleries, pubs and historic bridges over rivers and streams. Discover waterfalls, river pools and hill top lakes alongside the majestic mountains and dense woodland. Enjoy walking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking and fishing in breath-taking scenery. Climb Snowdon’s Summit, visit Surf Snowdonia, the Zip World Caverns and Go Below for adventures. Take a trip to Conwy Falls and Swallow Falls, pop to Dolwyddelan Castle, Conwy Castle and National Trusts Bodnant Gardens. This is an all year destination, with so much to see and do, perfect for an active or relaxing holiday.
A single storey 18th century stone cottage with underfloor heating and all the thoughtful little extras for your comfort. The front door opens in to the cosy lounge, with inglenook fireplace and substantial wood burner, it is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, iPod, iPod docking station and interesting artwork throughout. The bespoke kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with the dining table to the one side. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, let the outside in and open the stable door to listen to birdsong as you plan your activities over breakfast. After a full day out, retire to one of the two bedrooms. Make the most of the contemporary shower room with shower and WC.
This former almshouse is the end of a row of three benefitting with the open aspect garden laid to lawn, patio area, bistro table and chairs. Wi-fi is included for the cottage and there is a lockable cycle and kayak store outside. There is private parking space for 1 car and the cottage is only 3 miles away from shops and a pub.

Arrival at the property is from 16:00 onwards and departure is before 11:00 unless stated otherwise in arrival details. 1 dog is permitted at the property at a time, with a charge of £20 per full or part week.
